New series, xxxHOLiC: Kei!

I’m proud to announce our first release of a new series we’ve picked up, xxxHOLiC: Kei. From Wikipedia:

Kimihiro Watanuki is a high school student plagued by yōkai, spirits with a strong attraction to him. The spirits are invisible to others and, as a result, encounters with them are extremely troublesome. However, when he stumbles into a shop that grants wishes, events in his life promise to become even more unusual.

xxxHOLiC: Kei is actually the second season of the show; if you’ve never seen it before, be sure to watch the first season first.

Bleach delayed this week

Sorry to disappoint everyone, but Bleach episode 171 will be delayed this week because a lot of our translators are absent and the other staffs are busy with projects and whatnot. You can probably expect it sometime this weekend. That being said, we are always looking for new staff, so if you feel you qualify for one of the positions, just leave a message in the Recruiting Staff page or drop by irc for more details. Another same-day release, in better quality than last week! Expect the HD version tomorrow, or tonight if we’re really on a roll. :o

Just to let you all know, the script for the HD version is slightly different from the one we released in the SD, since we hired a new QC person in the time between the two releases, and they made some changes. If you want the final script, you can get it here: Bleach 170 final script The changes are pretty small overall, mostly changes in phrasing, so we’re not going to be releasing a v2.
