I’ll be blunt – the reason we’re so far behind isn’t that we’re lazy, or that fansubbing takes a really long time, or anything like that. The reason we’re behind is simply that we don’t have enough people. Currently, we’re most in need of a timer (Red, if you’re reading this, come by and tell us that you’re still alive XD), but we’re also willing to recruit for all positions except encoder.
