We’re having some issues getting translators right now - it seems like this is a really busy time of the year for everyone. Rest assured, we will get fully caught up again within the next few weeks, once people start coming back.

Sorry to disappoint everyone, but Bleach episode 171 will be delayed this week because a lot of our translators are absent and the other staffs are busy with projects and whatnot. You can probably expect it sometime this weekend. That being said, we are always looking for new staff, so if you feel you qualify for one of the positions, just leave a message in the Recruiting Staff page or drop by irc for more details. Just to let you all know, the script for the HD version is slightly different from the one we released in the SD, since we hired a new QC person in the time between the two releases, and they made some changes. If you want the final script, you can get it here: Bleach 170 final script The changes are pretty small overall, mostly changes in phrasing, so we’re not going to be releasing a v2.

Bleach 168 is done. MKV in both SD and HD. (HD was done this week it seems and will continuing episodes will be this format it seems.) We also did not mess up the resolution aspect ration unlike the other group. 480p =/= 720p. AVI is done with I am working on the guide at the moment but give me some time to find the best method in speed and compatibility. Expect it this weekend.

New staff is onboard to help us quite litterally pwn the speed and quality struggle once again.

Alright so we discussed this topic with the group and it was decided that avi is no longer going to be offered. We are going to be going HQ H264 MKV SoftSubbed encodes and if you have a problem with that then leave a comment and we will think about your comments. But at the moment this decision stands, as it will speed us up and we don’t have to do multiple encodes/releases/uploads.
